Very yummy and very quick. Thank you yelp for showing me this place. I will be going back here when I'm in the area.

Um. So I got food poisoning here. Don't order the spicy miso ramen. People are nice but The front counter lady is super picky about customer ordering food in advance. The soup is bland and watery; ramen soup should have a stronger taste and a bit more saltiness. Pretty disappointed

The ramen slut strikes again. Travelled 9km each way on my lunch hour to try this place. My first impression was good, exactly what I want to see on the menu. Bonus points that there's an option to order extra broth if wanted. I had the tonkotsu ramen which came with bamboo shoots and an egg - yessss, I don't have to pay extra to add them. The noodles were amazing, perfect in every way. The same if not better than my original favourite ramen noodles from Benkei. Then comes he disappointment- the broth was not there at all. The broth should be bold with deep flavours and a certain thickness to it. This was the consistency of milk and actually tasted similar to spiced milk. A big let down but I want to try the others in the menu so I will be back. The experience was more of a 3.5 stars but they have potential so I'm hoping the other ramens will redeem themselves

Full Ramen is located on Fraser Hwy and 159st in Surrey. It's right on Fleetwood Park Village. Seriously? Drive all the way to Surrey for Ramen? It has to be good!
Finally, my hubby needed to work on Sunday in Surrey area and I followed him to work and got lunch at Full Ramen.
It's small and cozy ramen restaurant. Simple menu but they served decent and authentic ramen.
My hubby had spicy ramen. It's delicious, the chashu was fatty but melt in the mouth. Ramen perfectly cooked and chewy.
I had Tonkotsu ramen, I liked the natural pork flavor and not too salty. It's great and flavouful.
Apparently, a bowl of rame couldn't satify my hubby's stomach. We ordered gyoza for side dish, it was ok.
Decent portion and reasonable price. Fair enough! -

The Spicey miso ramen was amazing and the takoyaki was perfect.
The ramen noodles were perfectly chewy and the takoyaki was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
My partner had the veggie miso ramen, noodles were too soft but the broth was good.
The ramen is all about the soup and the noodle texture. I love Ramen!
Would recommend this place.
Note: they DONT have tea!
